The SES team was commissioned by Prodrive to design and deliver a fully bespoke support trailer for use during the Dakar Rally.  The trailer needed to serve multiple roles: transporting race cars , providing sleeping accommodation for the team, and offering essential amenities such as showers and laundry facilities in remote desert conditions.

SES sourced an existing trailer that required alterations including reducing the overall height. The original trailer was stripped, refurbished, and resprayed in a white clean finish ready for branding.

The interior was completely reconfigured to house both living amenities and vehicle transport for 2 Dakar cars.

Alterations included:

• Dual-purpose layout for car transport and accommodation
• Roof tents for extended sleeping capacity
• Built-in showers, washing machines, and bespoke fresh and grey water tanks
• Bespoke generator and electrical system
• Designed for off-grid, extreme-environment operation
• Full Respray including Chassis
• Heating systems suitable for harsh desert conditions
