The NEP Group unit has undergone a series of air conditioning alterations as part of the first stage of its refurbishment program.

These modifications have involved cutting into the ceiling roof void to accommodate revised system requirements, along with the manufacture and installation of new trays to suit updated AC unit measurements. All works have been carefully carried out to ensure an accurate fit, improved functionality, and continued efficiency of the system within the available space, while maintaining the overall integrity and finish of the unit.

This phase marks the initial stage of a wider refurbishment project, with further works planned to enhance and modernise the unit moving forward.
