BBC SportBack to BBC case studies indexClient: BBC Sport Project: Golf, F1 Motor Racing, London Boat Race Where: UK and Europe When: 2010 The BBC Sportproduction team required mobile production facilities for the onsite broadcast team at major sporting events in 2010. SES supplied a range of exhbition trailers to act as mobile TV studios for live commentary, production and editing suites and production offices. The SES unit operators were on site to help, setting up the units, establishing power and keeping the units safe and secure during the events. During the 2010 season, the SES/BBC Sport trailers were at a huge range of venues including all the Formula 1 European racing venues, the London Boat Race and the major golf tournaments such as the PGA Wentworth, Open at St Andrews and Loch Lomond and the Women's Open at Birkdale.
